Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information GameSavr (“we”, “our”, gamesavr.com) handles when you visit the site. We keep it to the minimum: we do not require accounts and we do not ask you for personal information.
Information we collect
- Server logs. Our site is delivered through Cloudflare. When you load a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time, to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We do not use this to identify you.
- Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are popular. It is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track you across sites. It reports aggregate figures such as page views, referrers, country, device type and page load speed. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Preferences on your device. Your platform filter, sort order and price filters are saved in your browser’s local storage so they persist between visits. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it in your browser settings.
- Emails you send us. If you write to contact@gamesavr.com we receive your email address and message and use them only to respond.
Cookies and advertising
GameSavr itself does not set tracking cookies. We plan to show ads through Google AdSense. Once ads are active on the site, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and to show personalized ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings, or opt out of many third-party advertising cookies at aboutads.info (US) and youronlinechoices.com (EU/UK). Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent through a Google-certified consent banner before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used, and can change their choice at any time.
Third-party links and images
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Game images are loaded directly from third-party servers (for example store and giveaway providers), which may receive your IP address and browser details when your browser requests them. Links on this site lead to third-party stores and giveaway pages that have their own privacy policies. How we use information
We use the limited information above to operate and secure the site, understand and fix problems, respond to your messages and, once enabled, display advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or US state privacy laws such as California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests can be answered quickly. Email contact@gamesavr.com to make a request. If you are in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
GameSavr is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention and security
Server logs are kept by our infrastructure provider for a limited period under its own policies. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. We rely on HTTPS and reputable providers to protect the site, but no method of transmission is completely secure.
International visitors
Our infrastructure providers operate globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
